Meet Your Guide
Mariana Gordon is a visionary in mindfulness and holistic healing, dedicated to helping children and adults find inner peace and emotional balance. As a Certified Crystal Energy Healer, Reiki Master, and Breathwork/Meditation Practitioner, she empowers others to build resilience, self-awareness, and calm.
Her journey began as a school psychologist, where she supported children in managing emotions and developing confidence. Seeking deeper tools for long-term emotional wellness, she turned to energy healing, sound therapy, and breathwork—transformative practices that help both children and adults release stress and reconnect with their inner selves.
Driven by the belief that self-regulation and emotional awareness should begin early, Mariana founded The Mindful Mantis to share these tools with the next generation.
